"Is the coffee pre-ground?"
No. We only ship whole coffee beans to preserve freshness and quality. We've carefully packaged the coffee in airtight bags to ensure you get the perfect flavor experience upon delivery.
"Can I cancel or change my subscription?"
Of course! You can always adjust your subscription if you want to change the number of coffee bags, try a different roast profile, or take a short break. Updating your subscription is quick and easy to do in your account:
"When do you ship?"
Our regular coffee box is shipped only once a month, on the 1st or the nearest working day if the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday. We do this to ensure the best possible service.
Our pre-order periods run from the 1st of the month until the 20th of the following month. If we receive your order after the 20th, it will be included in the next month’s shipment.
