Delivery Time and Shipping Costs
We process all orders on Mondays and Thursdays. If you order before 12:00 PM, we can process your order the same day. For example, if you order on Monday at 4:00 PM, your package will be shipped the following Thursday. However, we cannot always guarantee this, as sometimes products are out of stock, which may delay the delivery of your order. If, for any reason, we cannot meet the stated delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If you would like to pick up the coffee yourself, please send us a message to schedule an appointment, or suggest a day in the comments field.
The prices listed do not include shipping costs.
Delivery is made via the postman or DHL parcel courier. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Return Policy
Sometimes you may want to return an order — perhaps because you don’t like the product or for any other reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the package from your home to the webshop is at your expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please check your carrier’s website for exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at tybacoffee@gmail.com. We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition.
If the product or its packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the reduced value of the product. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning.
